About
For the past decade I’ve turned messy operations into calm, reliable systems. I started by writing code, learned how large teams actually work, and eventually found myself helping organizations use automation and AI without adding more noise.

THE PATH
My Journey
2023–Present
Deep focus on AI, agents, and durable knowledge systems. Helping teams adopt tools that actually stick instead of becoming another forgotten dashboard.
2021–2023
Led digital operations for global teams. Designed workflows that touched content, support, and knowledge systems across multiple regions and time zones.
2019–2021
Discovered automation. Started replacing repetitive manual work with scripts and no-code tools. The first time a 40-minute weekly process became a 90-second run felt like magic.
2017–2019
Moved into enterprise work. Delivered large applications that had to survive real scale, compliance requirements, and dozens of stakeholders across time zones.
2015–2017
Started writing real production code. Built web and mobile interfaces that people used every day. Learned how small decisions compound into systems that either help or frustrate teams.

What I did
Manage AI, automation, and knowledge projects. Help teams figure out which tools are worth keeping and how to introduce them without breaking how people already work.
Biggest impact
Shipped production AI workflows and internal tools that teams still use daily. Built a personal site and Ghost theme that reflect the same philosophy I bring to client work.

What I did
Led cross-functional operations supporting global teams. Owned the systems that powered content production, knowledge bases, and distributed collaboration at enterprise scale.
Biggest impact
Created operating rhythms and tooling that let teams in four time zones work without daily chaos. The systems outlived my direct involvement.

What I did
Designed and implemented automation across content operations, support workflows, and data movement. Moved teams from spreadsheets and manual handoffs to repeatable, observable processes.
Biggest impact
Reduced manual effort in core workflows by over 65%. Built the first shared automation playbook that other teams started adopting.

What I did
Built and maintained production web and mobile applications. Worked across front-end architecture, API integrations, and delivery pipelines for clients who needed reliable software at scale.
Biggest impact
Shipped 15+ client projects that stayed in production for years. Learned how to ship fast without sacrificing maintainability.

BELIEFS
Philosophy
I believe the best technology is the one people barely notice because it simply makes their work easier.
01
Clarity beats cleverness. If a system needs a manual to be used, it isn’t finished.
02
Automation should amplify human judgment, not remove it. The goal is fewer stupid tasks, not fewer thoughtful decisions.
03
Good tools earn their place over months, not demos. I keep only what still feels invisible and useful six months later.
04
Knowledge systems are only as good as the habits around them. Technology without culture is just expensive shelfware.

OFF THE CLOCK
Personal Side
Minimalism
Fewer tools. Fewer decisions. The things I keep have to earn their place every season.
Privacy
I care deeply about owning my data and not outsourcing my thinking to platforms that can disappear.
Writing
Writing is how I think. Most of what I publish starts as private notes I later decide to share.
Fatherhood
Being a dad constantly recalibrates what “important” actually means. It’s my strongest filter.
Continuous Learning
I’m most alive when I’m slightly out of my depth. New tools, old books, and long walks.
